Comedy Night 2014
Thank you to everyone who attended our Comedy Night Fundraiser
on September 12th 2014. Our net proceeds from this event was $7000.
Auletto Caterers did an excellent job and the Comedians and DJ from the
Comedy Cabaret were hysterical. A special thank you to all who helped
with donations, our officers and volunteers who helped make our

Bowling Bash 2014!  
Bowling Bash 2014 was a huge success!!!! This was the most attended event we have ever held (372 people). The net proceeds raised was $20,000.00 which is the most funds raised at any of our events to date. We had such a great time meeting everyone and catching up with family and friends. Thank you so much. Words can not describe the feelings we have seeing so many people come out to support our foundation. We are so grateful and truly blessed.

Comedy Night 2013!   Thank you to everyone who attended our Comedy Night fundraiser on November 2nd, 2013. Net proceeds from this event was $7415.00.We had a great night!!! The comics provided by the Comedy Cabaret were hysterical!!!! The buffet by Mary's Catering and the desserts donated by various people were delicious, especially the giant cannoli from Potito's Bakery. Thanks to everyone who donated items for our basket raffle and live auction, they were amazing!!!!
Bowling Bash 2013 – HUGE SUCCESS!
Bowling Bash 2013 was held on February 23, 2012 at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade, NJ. We exceeded our goal and raised $15,800! We were also able to get sponsors for all the lanes (see below)! These funds will be immediately used to help eight families ($2000 maximum benefit per family). We want to thank everyone for supporting Lenny’s Friends with Wings Foundation! This couldn’t happen without each and everyone one of you!
Approximately 280 people attended Bowling Bash 2013. We reserved all the bowling lanes and pool tables. It was a great time! Filled with lots of fun for family and friends!
In addition to the pizza and soda; we had hoagie trays donated by P&S Ravioli, Tomato Pies donated by Gaeta’s Italian Bakery, cookie trays donated by Potito’s Bakery, water donated by the Torres Family and other snacks provided by the Valente Family.
Lenny’s Friends with Wings tee shirts and Limited Edition “I am Lenny’s Friend, Are You?” tee shirts were on sale for $10.00.
Many thanks to Laurel Lanes for the excellent service provided during the event. Also, many thanks to all those who attended the event, sponsored a lane, donated basket items and made donations. We raised approximately $6,500 in lanes sponsorships and had over 39 basket items.

SUMMER SPLASH 2012
Summer Splash 2012 was held on August 20, 2012 at the Charleston Swim Club in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. There were 120 people in attendance and we raised $4,731! These funds, along with other donations, will be used immediately to help 10 more families ($2,000 maximum benefit per family). We just added Saint Christopher’s Hospital and will help 4 families from Saint Christopher’s and 6 families from Children’s Hospital.
Thank you to everyone who donated basket items, the committee members and everyone who helped to make this event a success. Also, thank you to beachballs.com for donating the beach balls with the Lenny’s Friends with Wings Foundation logo.
There were 16 basket raffle items and a 50/50 raffle. Basket raffles included: As Seen on TV, Back to School, Basket of Cheer, Dinner and a Movie, Fletcher Cox Football with Eagles Jersey, Family Game Night/Snack Attack, Hair and Beauty, Keurig Coffee Package, Kindle Fire Package, Milwaukee M12 Cordless 4 Tool Combo Kit, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Vince Papale Package, Phillies Ticket Package, Pot of Gold, and a Wine Basket
Rita Bolden won the 50/50 raffle and donated her share of the winnings to Lenny’s Friends with Wings.
Entertainment included: DJ Kyle Billings, dance contests, diving contests, swimming, shuffle board, volley ball, and basketball.
Mary’s Catering supplied and served the food. The buffet included: Baked Macaroni, Meatballs, Roast Beef, Chicken Picante, Chicken Fingers, Potato Salad, Green Bean Almandine, and Caesar Salad. Desserts included: Cookie trays donated by Potito’s Bakery, Chocolate Trays donated by Sweet Mello Treats, Rita’s Water Ice donated by Joey D, Soft Pretzels donated by the Papale family; and cakes, brownies, cupcakes, mini eclairs, mini cream puffs and other snacks donated by Lenny’s family.
We want to thank the Charleston Swim Club for the accommodations and great time! Also, a special thank you to all who attended and/or sent in donations! Together, we are making a difference in the lives of the children and their families!

Bowling Bash 2012 was held on February 25, 2012 at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade, NJ. The event raised $11,600! These funds, along with previous donations, will be immediately used to help seven families ($2000 maximum benefit per family). We want to thank everyone for supporting Lenny’s Friends with Wings Foundation! This couldn’t happen without each and everyone one of you!
Approximately 300 people attended Bowling Bash 2012. There were 55 bowling lanes reserved for the event. It was a great time! Filled with lots of fun for family and friends! We are hoping to reserve the entire 64 lanes next year. Keep spreading the word and we can continue to exceed expectations!
In addition to the pizza and soda:, we had hoagie trays from P&S Ravioli, Tomato Pies donated by Gaeta’s Italian Bakery, Pretzel trays donated by The Pretzel Factory in Deptford, NJ, water donated by the Torres Family and other snacks provided by the Valente Family. And, to fill the sweet spot; Potito’s Bakery donated two cookie trays along with their exclusive Big Cannoli, filled with smaller cannoli and ricotta dip for the shell.
Event tee shirts and Limited Edition “I am Lenny’s Friend, Are You?” tee shirts were on sale for $10.00. In addition, Tony and Airielle Rudi sold Power Balance Bracelets for a $10.00 donation to Lenny’s Friends with Wings Foundation (Sales and donation totaled $330).

FunFest 2011
FunFest 2011 was held on August 20, 2011 at Chickie’s and Pete’s in South Philly. There were 170 people attending the event and we raised $9,300! These funds, along with other donations, will be used immediately to help six families ($2000 maximum benefit per family). We want to thank all the sponsors, supporters, committee members and everyone who helped to make this event so successful.
There were 33 basket raffle items and 4 silent auction items. Basket raffles included: 32 GB iPod and Gift Card Basket, 4 Phillies Ticket Package Baskets, 3 Phillies All Star Jersey Packages, 2 Helicopter Ride Baskets, 7 Fun Themed Baskets, 2 Eagles Jersey Packages, 4 Beauty Baskets, 10 Miscellaneous Baskets (including Wine Basket and As Seen on TV). Silent Auction Items included: autographed Flyers Jerseys, autographed Cole Hamels baseball and Flyers tickets.
Entertainment included: access to Chickie’s and Pete’s APEX (game systems), music by DJ Michael Xtacy and balloon creations by Dan the Balloon Man. The buffet included: roast beef and roast pork sandwiches, Chickie’s Cutlets, Pizza and the Famous Crab Fries. Cookie trays were donated by Potito’s Bakery. Event tee shirts were also on sale.
A DVD presentation was produced by Fractal Circus Productions to recognize the various Sponsors and display the basket raffle items.
We want to thank Chickie’s and Pete’s for the accommodations and great service! Also, a special thank you to all who attended and/or sent in donations! Together, we are making a difference in the lives of the children and their families!

First Annual Bowling Bash is a Huge Success!
The First Annual Bowling Bash was held on February 26, 2011 at Laurel Lanes in Maple Shade, NJ. The event raised $7,000! These funds, along with previous donations, will be used immediately to help four families ($2000 maximum benefit per family). We want to thank all the supporters, committee members and everyone who helped to make the first event so successful.
Over 250 attended the event. There were 42 bowling lanes used during the event. Lots of fun for family and friends! Next year, we plan on filling over 60!
In addition to the pizza and soda: hoagie trays were donated by P&S Ravioli, Tomato Pies were donated by Gaeta’s Italian Bakery and, the cake was donated by Potito’s Bakery.
T-shirts, circle bracelets and dragonfly lollipops were for sale. In addition, Rina’s Clippies sold hair accessories and personalized children’s CD’s with all profits donated to Lenny’s Friends with Wings.
